Scope & Participant Eligibility
MatchQuest provides hosted social and dating events in curated venues. Participation is strictly limited to individuals of legal age (18+). Events may specify target age ranges, orientations, or gender balance ratios to ensure high event quality.
Event Booking & Effective Prices
Event tickets can be booked online via our platform. All stated prices include applicable statutory VAT. A binding booking occurs upon payment confirmation or ticket issuance for free events.
Cancellation Policy & Cutoff Window
Participants may cancel tickets up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event start for a full refund or credit. Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable to maintain event viability and room balance. Under § 312g(2)(9) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to fixed-date leisure events.
Smart Waitlist Authorization
When joining the Smart Waitlist, no charge occurs today. You authorize a conditional payment hold or off-session mandate. If an eligible spot becomes available prior to cutoff, your ticket is purchased automatically. You may leave the Smart Waitlist free of charge at any time prior to automatic conversion.
Community Conduct & Account Protection
MatchQuest maintains a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discriminatory behavior, unauthorized photo recording during events, and disruptive conduct. Violations result in immediate event exclusion without refund and potential permanent platform suspension.
